Reconstruction with alar medial crural flap sliding in patient who has a widely columella and stenosis of the nasal vestibule

Abstract

 

 

 

A patient who was performed open structure rhinoplasty six months ago applied to our clinic with complaint columellar thickness and stenosis of nasal vestibule. Bilaterally flaps including alar medial crura were performed for reconstruction. Satisfactory cosmetic and functionally results including an effectively thin on columella, augmentation on projection and expanding of nares was obtained by this surgical technique.
