Laryngocele is a rare disease which is described as an anormal dilatation of the sacculus. The treatment of the disease changes with age. While direct laryngoscopic marsupialisation is recommended in the newborn period, external approach is the method of choice in adults. We are presenting two cases operated with external approach. |
