Salivary duct carcinoma (SDC) is an uncommon malignant salivary gland tumor that occurs predominantly in the parotid gland although other major salivary glands may be sites of origin. The tumor has an aggressive behavior and poor prognosis. Combined surgery and radiotherapy is recommended. Despite this aggressive treatment the prognosis of this tumor is poor. In this case report, 42-year-old man who has right parotid mass and diagnosed as ductal carcinoma is evaluated with literature.
